Crafting Drinks, Elevating Bars

With nine years in hospitality, I've opened and managed award-winning bars including Murder Inc and The Royal Cocktail Exchange. After taking Murder Inc into the UK's Top 50 bars, I earned The Royal Cocktail Exchange a pin for excellence from the Pinnacle Guide, one of 146 bars worldwide to hold that accolade.

Outside of the UK, I was part of the team that opened Library by the Sea, the flagship bar for the Kimpton Seafire hotel in the Cayman Islands. Our work alongside the fine-dining department earned Kimpton Seafire an AAA Five Diamond rating, marking it as one of the highest-ranking hotels in the world.

As of today, Library by the Sea is number 30 in North America's Top 50 bars, and Murder Inc. ranks number 21 in the UK.

I developed drinks at all three sites, spearheading menu creation at both Murder Inc. and The Royal Cocktail Exchange, and training their award-winning teams.
